ABOUT THE SIX PATHS -

Inspired by a short story named “Coi Luan Hoi", collected and translated by Trang Ha, The Six Paths is a spiritual exploration of Vietnamese Buddhism, telling the story of a young demon who grapples with his identity and purpose in the universe. Through his transformative journey toward enlightenment, the play delves into themes of self-realization, cultural identity, and the search for belonging. It spans approximately 70 pages and is divided into two acts, blending traditional Buddhist concepts with contemporary theatrical innovation. At its core, The Six Paths seeks to resonate with audiences emotionally, offering a window into Vietnamese culture while also reflecting our shared human experiences. This story can inspire conversations about identity, existence, and the meaning of life.
